My personal credo is to learn every day and throughout life. Throughout my career in big business, this mindset has proven its value time and again. The world changes daily, and what was relevant and widely accepted yesterday often no longer works today. Moreover, it is essential to constantly assess and anticipate what lies ahead. Crises in business and in the world emerge unexpectedly, which is why it is always important to be prepared for them.
Having successfully managed a wide range of crises, from the 1990s to the present day, I have built extensive expertise and a unique perspective in crisis management.

For the past 20 years, I have led Amber Distribution Lithuania (formerly Bennet Distributors), a company with annual revenues exceeding €100 million. I also served as COO for the Baltics and Austria at Amber Beverage Group, helping build a leading distribution business across the Baltic region.
